AGRONOMY TRAINER COORDINATOR

Main Responsibilities: 

Responsible to organizing the Agronomy Training for Mars Associates & Partners at at the Cocoa Academy facilities in Tarengge, Luwu Timur.

Requirements: 

• A bachelor degree in Agriculture or equivalent, have basic in Cocoa cultivation will be an advantage
• Min 2 Years experiences in coordinating training facilitation
• Min 5 years experiences as trainer or min 3 years experiences as cocoa Trainer
• Good administration, planning & reporting skill

General Requirements: 

• Reliable, dependable, and trustworthy on given assignment
• Willing to accept increased responsibilities 
• Listen well / able to communicate effectively with superiors and relatives
• Prompt and effective in decision making 
• Fluent in local language (Luwu area) will be an advantage
• Good computer skill.
